ROD BARTON

Rod and grandson Caleb

Rod has served as the qualifications officer for many years. The weight of responsibility has turned him prematurely grey, however, he enjoys the challenge of keeping the
records up-to-date so everyone knows where they are positioned during the team events.

Rod has been a member of the N-SSA since 1985 and he and his family have enjoyed the family atmosphere of this shooting sport. Rod’s wife, Fran, and two daughters, Amanda
and Sarah have joined him to support his participation and the relaxation of camping at Fort Shenandoah. Rod is now a Grandpa and hopes to bring Caleb on the team in about 13
years.
